As per a report published in a leading publication, Apple has increased its order massively for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. The main reason behind this is the fact that the demand for the Pro series is higher than Apple had expected it to be. The Cupertino-based tech giant immediately made a note of the sharp increase in the demand for the devices and decided to carry out its production on a higher scale.

In the first quarter of 2022, Apple placed an order for 1 million units of the iPhone 13 Pro. For the iPhone 13 Pro Max, the order quantity stood at 3.5 million units. As we jump into the second quarter of 2022, the iPhone 13 Pro witnesses a growth of 8 million orders and the iPhone 13 Pro Max sees a growth in its order quantity by 6.5 million.

If we look at the two phones cumulatively, there has been a growth of 10 million orders. Apple should be very happy with this development as it will, invariably, lead to the iPhone 13 series’ average price increase. The additional revenue earned by the company should make the investors very happy.

Some recent reports had indicated towards Apple witnessing a 10% increase in the shipments of the iPhone 13. The aforementioned information, therefore, is in sync with the reports that had emerged earlier.

A lot of Apple’s energies are currently invested in packaging the iPhone 14 series smartphones adequately. The smartphone series is expected to hit the stores in September this year. Though Apple has not made any official announcement about it yet, one has been coming across some information about the series almost every day for a while now.
